Pre Season Core and Flexability


We all know we should....

 

These exorcises may seem easy, but do them 3-4 times a week and reap the rewards come ski season.

Core: 20 seconds per exercise 3 rounds

1. Crunches

2. Cherry Pickers

3. Bicycles

4. Mountain Climbers

 

Flexibility: Hold each streach for 45 seconds, go through sequence twice.

1. Toe touches

2. Quad stretch

3. Deep lunge 

4. pigeon 

5. Calf raises
