dryland season is here!
We're stoked to introduce Hilary McCloy who will be leading up the training routine this fall. Hilary has got some great stuff planned out for us and we can't wait to get started.
Come see us the next 4 Wednesdays at 6PM at the baseball fields in the Boston Common and start getting back into ski shape! If you're not in Boston, Hilary will be sharing instructional videos every Monday and Wednesday outlining the exercises. So stay tuned!
