Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your product you must notify sales@parlorskis.com within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty
One year manufacturer's defect warranty comes with every pair of skis. If you ski over a rock and destroy your skis, sorry, that's on you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
