    Merisa Sherman calls herself a ski bum, and she means it. Her days are built around snow, chairlifts, and getting as many laps in as she can before the lifts close. When she's not skiing on her own, she's coaching 5 and 6 year olds in Killington's Future Stars program, a group that calls itself the Pom Poms after her signature hat. Her Female Ski Bum Pro is directional and energetic enough to charge Vermont hardpack and hold its own dropping into Superstar, but forgiving enough to let her ski with feel instead of force. She built it custom to prove a point she believes every woman deserves to know: a ski should work with you, not against you.
